Submit a request through Accurx to speak to a Doctor. Your request will be reviewed by a GP the same day and they will decide on the best action for you. This could be an urgent appointment, a self booking link for an appointment on a future date, or a telephone call. If you feel you need to speak to a Doctor after 1pm and it cannot wait for the following day, just call us on 01792 882368.

We believe continuity of care is important and will always do our best to accommodate requests to speak with a specific GP. Just submit your request through Accurx between 7.30am and 1pm, you will be asked if there is a specific person you would like to speak with. Seeing a specific person may mean you wait an extra couple of days for your appointment, but we believe this is beneficial for your care. There may be occasions, such as unforeseen absences, where we cannot guarantee your requested GP.

Sign up for the NHS Wales App to order your prescription online. You can also drop your repeat slip through our letterbox. All repeat prescription requests are actioned within 3 working days.
